People say you can taste it before you drink it.

Bier doesn't usually have such a pronounced aroma, but we wanted the experience of drinking our Amberbier to begin before it ever reached the lips.

This meant using the most aromatic hops we could find - which were also (fortunately) some of the most flavorful. In the end, we had a full-bodied bier with a bitter hoppy flavor, sweet malty finish, brilliant amber glow and rich, inviting aroma. It was a sensational amber. In more ways than one.
